That's like, that's today's kind of like, "What are we focused on?". We got here and kind of the first job was to look for a site and the second job was to really get public backing to build an arena, to demolish the Bradley Center and build a new arena, which were monumental big things to happen. She couldn't be more supporting from everything. How do you create a hermetically sealed bubble for people to compete in on a campus and all the thousands of touch points, people, logistics and everything? And I think the only thing anybody can control is their own effort and kind of their own dreams and where they want to go. Peter Feigin. I think it starts with human capital, but it really starts with road mapping out each little thing. I love our chances this year, sincerely. He ends up being a generational player like you couldnt, if you were writing a Disney movie, which they have now written and now produced, it would be the fodder for a Disney. He was a truly taught consumer products, marketing, and operations guy, was okay. When you are visioning this out, like you just said, human capital, a new physical capital, on the court, off the court, what were you using both singularly as you, as Peter Feigin goes, but also with your partners and the private equity guys, what were you using as your role model? So, we continue to want to make this a place where players are like, "Shit, I've never been treated like this.". We are brand marketing sales people. Now, you had private equity partners. So, for people who run businesses, to have an operator who's really geared up and wants to drive revenue is kind of like a positive thing, especially for Mark and Wes. But I think, those are the things that like, yes, you can always pay people. Peter Feigin: Yeah. And you immediately go into, "What does this look like? And from your perspective, how was the bubble? Growing up, you used to hang out, go to the garden and you were a Knicks fan or Rangers fan and Yankees or Mets. You and I go back since you came back to the Bucks or since you came to the Bucks and you guys have been incredible to me over the years since you've been in a position in Milwaukee and really grateful of our friendship over the years and how the organization has welcomed me back to the organization. We had this, I think it was an intern, said to us like, Well, we should, have you read about ghost kitchens? Of course were sitting there going like, eh, kind of like, we dont know what the hell youre talking about. You didnt study sports. Just so I get a little. Peter Feigin: Yeah.
